These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any coach, minibus, executive car or chauffeur-driven vehicle hire services you enquire about or arrange with us across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. By using this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
We provide chauffeur-driven group transport, including executive cars, minibuses, midi coaches and full-size coaches, for airport transfers, corporate transport, tours, events and multi-day hire across all seven Emirates. Vehicle availability, exact specification and final pricing are confirmed directly with our team and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
This website provides indicative quotations and enquiry tools only; it is not a real-time booking or payment platform. Submitting the quote form or contact form sends your journey details to our team by WhatsApp and/or email, and does not itself create a binding booking.
A booking is only confirmed once our team has verified availability and confirmed the arrangement with you directly, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting a quote or enquiry, including pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger numbers and contact details. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges or service issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by you.
Prices referenced on this website, including any indicative attraction or excursion pricing, are approximate and provided for guidance only; always confirm current pricing and availability with our team before finalising travel plans.
Payment terms, accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements are agreed directly with our team at the time of booking confirmation and are not processed through this website.
Cancellation and amendment terms, including any applicable charges, will be communicated to you at the time your booking is confirmed and may vary depending on vehicle type, journey length and notice given. Please contact our team as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking.
Passengers must comply with all reasonable instructions given by our drivers for safety and comfort, including seatbelt use, luggage limits and vehicle capacity. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue carriage of any passenger whose conduct endangers the safety, comfort or legal compliance of the vehicle, driver or other passengers.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes connected with genuinely enquiring about our transport services, and not to misuse the quote or contact forms, including by submitting false information or attempting to interfere with the website’s normal operation.
Our quote form uses Google Maps/Places to help you search for pickup and destination locations, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated abuse; submitting the quote form also opens a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation using WhatsApp’s own messaging service. Your use of these features is also subject to Google’s and WhatsApp’s respective terms of service, over which we have no control.
The text, layout, graphics and other content on this website belong to Coach Hire Dubai or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as necessary to browse the site and submit an enquiry in the ordinary course.
To the extent permitted by law, Coach Hire Dubai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including delays or errors caused by third-party services such as Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA or WhatsApp. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from your use of this website or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
