Our quote form can open a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation addressed to our business number, sent directly from your own device using your WhatsApp account. This message is transmitted and stored by WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review; we only see the message once it is sent to us.
To help you search for pickup and destination addresses, our quote form uses the Google Maps/Places API. Your search terms are sent to Google to generate location suggestions, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your precise location from this feature beyond the address text you select.
We use Google reCAPTCHA on our quote and contact forms to help prevent spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and send it to Google for analysis, in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
To pre-select a sensible default country dial code in the phone number field, our website makes a lookup to a third-party IP-geolocation service using your device’s IP address.
