Yes you can. You only need to call us, and we will make a reservation for you by phone. You will make payment once you get the vehicle rental voucher. However, there is an additional charge for this.

  • What if the vehicle doesn't turn up?

If the car you booked does not appear, we will give you a full refund of your payment instantly.

  • What if the vehicle comes late?

We usually try our best to make sure our professional staff reaches our clients on time. However, in case of any delays, you can contact us immediately, and we will assist you by either offering you an alternative car or providing you with a 100% refund.

  • Is it possible to make changes to my reservation?

Yes. It's possible to change the date of your reservation up to 2 days before time booked free of charge. Later than that, you will pay a cancellation charge as explained in the subsequent question.

  • How can I cancel my reservation? What is the cost?

You can cancel your bookings at any time. The costs of cancellation are as follows: If you cancel 48 hours before reservation time, it will be free of charge. A 50 % of the amount paid in advance will get charged if you cancel 24 to 48 hours before your reservation time. If you cancel between 0 and 24 hours to your time of reservation, a 100% of the amount paid in advance get charged.

  • Can I prolong the duration of my bus rental Dubai?

Extending the duration of your rental is possible during the rental or at the time of checking out. Every extension request is dependent on the availability of the vehicle and advance payment for the extension period.

  • What is my responsibility when renting a car with your company?

Once you collect the car, you and your assigned driver sign a rental contract; take financial responsibility for any damage or loss of the vehicle. It also includes any damages caused by the natural environment incorporating hailstorms. Moreover, you and your designated driver signed the rental contract remain bound by the terms and conditions as indicated when signing the rental agreement during collection of the vehicle.

  • Do you offer one-way bus rentals?

Our company runs on a nationalised network to enable flexible travelling. Nonetheless, the costs for one way rentals vary between locations, since there's usually a one-way fee.

  • Do you offer any discounts on long-term rentals?

Yes we do. Our rates, however, differ according to the duration of the rental you are citing. Actually, the longer you require a car for, the cheaper the cost.
